Property Description

Completely reimagined waterfront residence in Laguna Shores overlooking tranquil lagoon waters with direct Gulf access. Completely remodeled (2024–2025), this fully permitted renovation delivers true peace of mind with all-new systems, finishes, and structural upgrades throughout. The interior features porcelain woodgrain tile flooring, quartz countertops throughout, custom cabinetry, and a designer kitchen with oversized island and high-end Samsung Bespoke appliances. Tray ceilings elevate the main living areas and primary suite, while the spa-inspired primary bath includes an infrared sauna and steam shower for a true retreat experience. Major upgrades include a new standing seam metal roof, impact-rated windows and doors (Miami-Dade code), new electrical with panels and wiring, new plumbing, and elevated HVAC systems with tankless water heater. StormSmart motorized lanai screens create seamless indoor-outdoor living. Outdoor spaces have been completely transformed with a resurfaced pool, new pavers, outdoor kitchen, pool shower, and updated native landscaping. The waterfront has been enhanced with a new seawall, concrete cap, tie-backs, rip rap, and a renovated dock with 10,000 lbs boat lift. Additional features include hurricane-rated garage door, irrigation system, well, security system, flood protection panels, and more. Ideally located on the south end of Fort Myers Beach near dining, shopping, and beach access, this is a rare opportunity to own a fully rebuilt, move in ready waterfront home in one of the island's most desirable boating communities.
