My initial contact with Kathleen, along with two other Sarasota real estate brokers, was in response to an online inquiry I made regarding condo units in the Sarasota area. Kathleen was the first to respond and, based on her biography, I knew she would be more than just a tour guide for me. I was right! She was very professional, detail orientated, reliable, trustworthy and her follow up was outstanding. After two mornings of viewing properties Kathleen helped me negotiate a favorable purchase of my first choice property. My wife and I are very happy with our new vacation property and very appreciative to Kathleen for her help in making it happen.

I'd been vacationing in Anna Maria and very much wanted to find a permanent property there. After much research on the web I found Kathleen, she had very good credentials and although was not located in that area, (she was in Sarasota and was looking in Mantee) was impressed with what I saw and decided to contact her. For a year and a half we communicated on line and saw many properties in and around Anna Maria and Sarasota , just to be sure we were making the right decision. Evertually we decided on Anna Maria as our destination, and saw in excess of 30 properties on the island. Kathleen was very patient and very informative about the market etc. We made an initial bid on a property, but after the survey and with communication with Kathleen decided to decline on the offer. In December a property I had initially seen at an open house came up for sale again, after 2 offers had fallen threw. We made an offer at their price, but they were reluctant to not take a cash purchase, we had the money and financing and with Kathleen's advice we entered into negotiations , after much tooing and Froing Kathleen finally came to an agreement and we proceeded . It was a hard 2 months as the seller was not cooperative, and their agents were less than accomadating. Finally . Thanks to Kathleen's expertise and Knowledge of the market we were finally able to purchase our dream property. Thanks Kathleen, you are an expert at what you do and you have amazing contacts to make it happen.

Kathleen is an exceptional realtor. After listing our property without success for over a year with another agent, Kathleen used her great knowledge, resources and effort to find a buyer at the price we wanted. She was able to help resolve a problem with the title on our inherited property through her network of professionals in the area and she attended to every detail so that there were no surprises at closing. I have bought and sold several properties and have never dealt with a more professional or effective agent. I would highly recommend Kathleen for anyone's real estate needs.

When an issue came up that did not pertain to her even several months after my sale, she was quick to help and was able to resolve the problem. I always felt I was her number one priority!
